Job summary

Northbeam is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to own hands-on onboarding and the technical setup for new customers. You will configure the product, integrate data sources, and drive customers to first value quickly while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

This role blends consulting, building, and project management, with a focus on customer-facing technical delivery and scalable onboarding processes. Remote-friendly with SF/LA offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation.
• 2+ years in solutions engineering and technical onboarding.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new customers from kickoff through go-live.
• Configure product settings, permissions, and workflows; manage data migrations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support to improve onboarding.
