Job summary

OnBoard seeks an Activation Consultant to deliver structured, low-complexity onboarding for large customers in a remote US setting. You’ll configure the platform, provide admin and user training, and guide adoption to ensure quick value realization.

You’ll work with Customer Success and internal teams to align onboarding with long-term outcomes. The role emphasizes project management, multi-stakeholder coordination, and proactive risk management to maintain timelines and high-quality outcomes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, consulting, training or technical enablement.
• Experience supporting customers through structured, repeatable onboarding processes in B2B SaaS.
• Strong project management skills with timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable leading customer-facing training sessions.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical product configurations without custom development.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple customers simultaneously.
• Experience with large/complex organizations is a plus (multiple admins/user groups).
• Strong ability to drive product adoption and value realization.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with CS, Product, AM, Support and Sales.
• Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, ChurnZero).
• Familiarity with Gong, Notion, ChatGPT or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new OnBoard customers emphasizing low-complexity deployments for large or multi-stakeholder orgs.
• Configure the OnBoard platform per customer requirements and best practices.
• Deliver admin and end-user training for a launch-ready product.
• Guide customers through setup, workflows, and feature adoption with a consultative approach.
