Public Consulting Group LLC is seeking a Technical Business Analyst within our Education team to bridge product management and technical analysis. You will own incidents, defects, and client communications while translating needs into actionable requirements for the development team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.

Confident, clear client and technical communication; know when to escalate.

Responsibilities

Develops a deep, working knowledge of the EDPlan product, including configuration and impact of changes.
Facilitates SDLC activities and translates business needs into functional specs, diagrams, and prototypes.
Owns incident management from start to finish, coordinating across teams to resolve issues.
Leads defect triage and resolution with root-cause analysis and timely fixes.
Coordinates with engineering and QA to plan tests and support UAT for new features/releases.
Serves as a primary client communication point regarding defect status and release timing.
Supports product improvement efforts, feature configuration, and roadmap discussions.
Prioritizes multiple concurrent streams and escalates issues as needed.
Develops documentation, release notes, and end-user communications.
