• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develops deep knowledge of the EDPlan product and its configuration.
• Translates business needs into functional specifications and diagrams.
• Owns incident management from start to finish with timely resolution.
• Leads defect triage with root-cause analysis and communication to closure.
• Coordinates with engineering and QA to plan tests and support UAT.
