Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead the work of technical business analysts, gather and document requirements, and drive product design with cross-functional teams.

You will create specifications and prototypes, coordinate with development, QA, and users, and assist with feature configurations and project rollouts. Remote work with occasional travel to client sites is available; prior health/education domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in business analysis or product design.
• Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools such as Axure RP or Balsamiq suggested or ability to quickly learn.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project tracking tools like Asana, JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise other technical business analysts.
• Create and maintain requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and users to plan and execute tests and deployments.
• Assist with training for new features and support feature rollouts.
• Prepare defects and manage through to release.
