Job summary

Northbeam is seeking a Technical Account Manager to maintain the technical health of a portfolio of ecommerce clients. You will own configuration, data ingestion, tracking, integrations, and reporting pipelines while diagnosing issues and guiding customers through resolution.

You will partner with Customer Performance and collaborate with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to prevent problems and standardize processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical, post-sale customer-facing role.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Fluency with data flows, integrations, APIs, and ecommerce data pipelines.
• Proficient in using logs, queries, dashboards, and lightweight scripting to diagnose issues.
• Ability to manage technical health across a portfolio of customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Collaborates across Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Performance to align technical context with account strategy and risk.
• Own the ongoing technical health of customer accounts, including configuration and data pipelines.
• Identify data quality issues, configuration drift, and pipeline failures early.
• Diagnose issues by tracing data flows, validating assumptions, and identifying root causes.
• Resolve issues within scope or escalate with context and recommended steps.
• Maintain clear, customer-facing communication of findings and next steps.
