Job summary

Northbeam LLC is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the technical counterpart to Customer Performance. You’ll own configuration, data quality, tracking, integrations, and data pipelines that keep client data flowing.

You’ll diagnose issues, advise on best practices, and coordinate with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to maintain a reliable technical foundation for our ecommerce customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical, post-sale customer-facing role.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Technical fluency across data flows, integrations, APIs, web tracking, ecommerce infrastructure, and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Performance to bring technical context to account strategy and risk.
• Own the ongoing technical health of customer accounts (configuration, tracking, integrations, data ingestion, pipelines).
• Diagnose data quality issues, configuration drift, and pipeline failures; isolate root causes.
