Job summary

Northbeam LLC is expanding its Technical Account Management function with the first dedicated TAM hire. You will be the technical arm supporting Northbeam’s existing customers, owning configuration, data quality, tracking, integrations, and pipelines.

Your role balances technical diagnosis with proactive risk management and cross-team collaboration to protect customer success. Ideal candidates are technically curious, customer-aware, and capable of guiding customers through complex data

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical, post-sale customer-facing role.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Technical fluency across data flows, integrations, APIs, and tracking pipelines.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Performance to provide technical context for account strategy and risk.
• Own the ongoing technical health of customer accounts including configuration and data pipelines.
• Identify data quality issues, configuration drift, and pipeline failures proactively.
• Diagnose customer-specific issues by tracing data flows and validating evidence.
• Escalate issues with context and recommended steps when needed.
• Create reusable health checks, documentation, and runbooks.
