Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a remote Technical Account Manager to support enterprise customers of a cybersecurity platform. You will lead onboarding, deliver hands-on guidance, and drive adoption across North America with APAC overlap.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support, manage complex relations, track progress against SLAs, and translate usage data into optimization recommendations for high-value accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing cybersecurity roles.
• Strong knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Hands-on with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or pentesting tools.
• Experience across AWS, Azure, GCP and on-premises systems.
• Familiarity with BAS, pentesting, threat hunting, red teaming, CTEM, or AEV.
• Proven success delivering workshops and driving post-sales adoption with enterprise customers.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and complex implementation projects including installation, training, and full technical setup.
• Provide expert technical guidance across the customer lifecycle, promoting best practices and clearing blockers.
• Manage enterprise relationships proactively to hit SLAs through strategic advisories and regular check-ins.
• Drive product adoption and expansion by translating usage data into optimization recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to advocate for customer needs and resolve issues.
• Use customer success tools to track engagement, surface risks early, and maintain a seamless experience.
• Operate independently during APAC business hours while coordinating with global teammates.
