Job summary

Premier is seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customers using our Enterprise Analytic technology solutions. You will focus on increasing product usage, value realization, and overall adoption to maximize customer success and renewals.

You will collaborate with Sales, product teams, and executives to drive expansion opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality service during working hours, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/customer service/technical account management experience.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation practices and healthcare analytics is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Monitor adoption, value realization, and customer satisfaction of enterprise solutions.
