Job summary

Nutanix in the United States (remote) is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as a technical advisor and customer advocate. You will work with operations, engineering and executive stakeholders to optimize customer experience and accelerate value from Nutanix investments.

You will lead strategic operational reviews, manage lifecycle planning, and identify risks across virtualization, hybrid cloud, storage, and networking.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as TAM or similar.
• Experience supporting large enterprise or government customers.
• US citizen residing in continental US.
• Deep Nutanix platform expertise, including AOS and AHV.
• Strong ability to build relationships with operations, engineering, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of customer priorities and IT initiatives.
• Lead strategic operational reviews linking Nutanix recommendations to outcomes.
• Drive proactive lifecycle planning including upgrades and capacity planning.
• Identify risks and coordinate cross-functional action plans.
• Manage escalations with clear ownership and executive communication.
