Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience supporting large enterprise, strategic, or government customers.
• Deep expertise in at least one technical domain (virtualization, hybrid cloud, storage, networking, data protection, or distributed systems).
• Broad understanding of data-center infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, DR, HA, security.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep, technical understanding of the customer’s priorities, data center architecture, and IT initiatives to serve as a trusted advisor.
• Lead strategic operational reviews and health checks connecting Nutanix recommendations to business outcomes.
• Lead proactive lifecycle planning, including software upgrades, capacity planning, resilience, and standardization.
• Identify systemic risks and establish cross-functional action plans to mitigate them.
• Lead or coordinate critical customer escalations with clear ownership and executive communication.
