Job summary

Resend is building the modern email sending platform for developers, with a fully remote team across 15+ countries. We seek a Technical Account Executive to own and scale our buyer experience with high-intent inbound opportunities.

You will work directly with founders and expand existing customers, documenting learnings and iterating on playbooks while traveling for events as needed. OTE $160,000–$220,000 USD; base + variable, based on experience.

Qualifications

• You’ve built before and can create or expand a function from zero.
• Customer obsession with deeply technical customers and developers.
• Think scientifically: hypotheses, tests, measurements, iteration.
• You write things down and share learnings with the team.
• You can hold credible conversations about infrastructure, APIs, and deliverability.
• You care about craft and quality in sales as in product.
• You’re comfortable with travel for events and on-sites.

Responsibilities

• Work high-intent inbound opportunities from enterprise logos and growth accounts.
• Build on existing playbooks, validate hypotheses, iterate and scale.
• Run experiments across messaging, timing, and channels.
• Expand customers by upgrading tiers or adding products.
• Prevent churn by focusing on valuable accounts.
• Be the voice of the customer and feed learnings to teams.
• Document learnings to shape the sales playbook.
