Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business from remote locations across the United States. You will become a product expert and a trusted consultant for clients in a wide range of industries, helping them adopt Connecteam to manage frontline teams.

This quota-carrying role requires at least 1.5 years of SaaS AE sales, a proven track record of quota attainment, and strong relationship skills. Compensation ranges from 140K to 160K OTE, with medical, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of account executive sales experience in SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with all levels.
• Self-learner with high independence and drive.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools.
• Ability to work remotely and in a fast-paced startup.
• Bonus: Spanish or French language skills.
