Job summary

Resend is building the modern email sending platform for developers. We are a fully remote team of 45 across 13 countries, backed by notable investors. The role is fully remote across UTC-3 to UTC-8 with some travel for team offsites and meetups.

You will be the front-line of support, ship fixes, scale our support with automation and AI, and train our AI assistant while creating practical guides. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 USD, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical support or success experience.
• Experience scaling support at a high-growth company with automation/AI.
• Experience improving email deliverability and response quality.

Responsibilities

• Be the front-line of customer requests.
• Debug, report, and ship scoped fixes for bugs and regressions.
• Turn recurring tickets into permanent fixes with docs, product PRs, or agent improvements.
• Train and improve our AI support agent by refining prompts and evaluating results.
• Create guides and examples that showcase what's possible with Resend.
• Proactively build relationships and identify papercuts for customers.
• Advocate for customer needs to the greater Resend team.
