Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service or technical support experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patience and friendliness.
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and emails.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments.
• Provide guidance on security, permissions, and software usage.
• Monitor cloud statistics and troubleshoot connection issues.
• Resolve Tier 1 and some Tier 2 customer issues.
• Educate customers on products and train them to use the software.
