Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of Customer Service/Technical Support experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; friendly and patient.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and emails.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments.
• Provide guidance on security, GPO, permissions, and software usage.
• Monitor cloud statistics to troubleshoot connection issues.
• Deliver timely resolution for Tier 1 and some Tier 2 issues.
• Educate customers on products and assist with learning content.
• Train customers on software usage and access to content.
• Assist development with testing new products and content.
• Monitor trends in customer concerns and report to the support manager.
• This position has a 90-day probation period.
