PSI Services is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for remote US operations. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and remote sessions, troubleshoot Windows and macOS, and collaborate with other teams to improve our software and learning content.

The role requires a High School diploma, about one year in customer service or tech support, strong communication, reliability, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service/technical support experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and emails.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments.
• Provide guidance on security, GPO, sharing & permissions, and navigation.
• Monitor cloud statistics to troubleshoot connection issues.
• Resolve Tier 1 and some Tier 2 issues.
• Educate customers on our products and content.
• Train customers on how to use our software and access content.
• Assist development team with testing new products and content.
• Monitor trends and report to the support manager.
• This position is subject to a 90-day probation period.
