Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience and ability to write queries.
• SSIS exposure/experience and SQL Reporting Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service via inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x channel.
• Document case notes with clear, concise information and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Identify trends in case work and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.
