Job summary

Teleperformance USA seeks a Technology Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence. You will resolve inquiries using a suite of web-based tools to ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

This role is restricted to residents of several states and may require working with client-specific internet services and devices.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years of age.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with desktop computer system.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, software.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills; ability to work independently and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers.
• Support Client specific high speed internet services delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve technical problems in a fast paced, customer-facing environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with client service and device-specific problems including internet connectivity and performance.
• Support customer needs related to client-specific internet services and devices including troubleshooting, triage, and resolution techniques.
• Deliver in-scope support for internet service and connectivity issues related to OS, PC, and browser configuration.
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and the ability to solve customer issues.
• Resolve customer issues on the first call as often as possible.
• Open and manage trouble ticket system for user issues, data networks, OS issues.
• Be patient, courteous and friendly with customers at all times.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and adhere to TP policies.
