Competenze

• Over 18 years of age.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems.
• Proven oral & written communication skills.
• Familiarity with PCs, operating systems, software and terminology.
• Demonstrated problem solving and ability to work independently and multi-task.

Mansioni

• Provide front line, first level technical assistance for consumers.
• Support clients' high speed internet services to deliver an excellent experience.
• Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues including connectivity and performance.
• Assist clients with device-related troubleshooting and resolution techniques.
• Manage issues in the ticketing system and ensure timely updates.
• Remain patient, courteous and friendly with customers at all times.
• Adhere to schedules and TP policies while delivering quality support.
