BASX is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across an assigned US territory, collaborating with manufacturers, distributors, and key customers. The role emphasizes strategic regional sales planning, cross-functional teamwork, and delivering value to industrial clients.

You will lead sales activities, manage accounts, and train partners while traveling as needed to meet revenue targets and strengthen BASX’s market position in datacenter cooling.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within datacenter cooling or industrial equipment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, applications, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to develop regional sales strategies and forecast revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage manufacturer representatives and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Coach representatives to strengthen business results.
• Provide technical product support and training to partners and customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; report to leadership.
• Travel frequently to cover the assigned region.
