Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in datacenter cooling HVAC or industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, applications, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage and support manufacturer representatives and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand BASX’s market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Coaches representative leaders to strengthen their businesses and results.
• Support representative sales efforts with input on customer account plans and assist with sales and technical strategies.
• Provide technical product support and training to sales partners and customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, marketing, customer care, and AAON business unit sales leaders.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Represent BASX at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Own the customer experience of representatives and our customers, ensuring timely issue resolution.
