BASX is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence in a designated territory. You will lead business development, manage key accounts, and support distribution partners while promoting BASX’s Datacenter products and solutions.

This remote role requires strong HVAC knowledge, B2B sales experience, and travel across the region. You will collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to deliver revenue targets and an outstanding customer experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in B2B sales in datacenter cooling HVAC or industrial equipment.

Mansioni

• Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and support manufacturer representatives and distribution partners.
• Forecast sales, prepare reports, and present to senior leadership.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Represent BASX at trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, customer care, and AAON sales leaders.
