Job summary

BASX is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within an assigned territory and to promote BASX’s Datacenter products and solutions. This role will manage manufacturer representatives, distributors, and key customers while leading regional sales initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The position requires strong HVAC/datacenter knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and travel to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering (related field) required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for consideration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Experience in B2B sales and HVAC or datacenter equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Manage manufacturer representatives and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Build relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Provide sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior leadership.
• Represent BASX at trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, marketing.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience across partners and customers.
