Goodwin Recruiting is seeking top-tier Sales Executives for a remote role focused on technology software outsourcing. The position rewards hunters with a proven track record, an uncapped commission structure, and an OTE of $300K–$700K depending on salary and performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years selling technology consulting services, including staff augmentation, and experience presenting to C-suite executives while closing Enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling technology consulting services, including staff augmentation.
• Experience presenting to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to nurture and close Enterprise accounts.
• Strong industry knowledge across multiple sub-verticals and trends.

Responsibilities

• Source new business by leveraging your network and known accounts.
• Build and manage your pipeline to meet annual revenue targets.
• Lead executive presentations and conversations, clearly positioning the company’s value.
• Develop long-term, strategic relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with staffing, commercial and delivery teams to move deals through qualifications to close.
• Navigate complex deals involving competition and procurement processes.
• Initial goal: deliver qualified on-target prospects weekly; target: 2 closes in 6 months.
