Goodwin Recruiting is seeking top Sales Executives with proven results in technology software outsourcing sales. This remote role offers 100% paid travel, uncapped commission, and an OTE of $300-700K, with strong performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

As a hunter, you will originate new logos, target enterprise clients, and manage complex cycles. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of tech services sales, strong C-suite engagement skills, and a track record of closing large deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling technology consulting services, including staff augmentation.
• Experience presenting to C-suite level executives and stakeholders.
• Experience nurturing and closing Enterprise accounts.
• Outstanding current sales results.

Responsabilités

• This is a hunter position and requires regular travel (~30%) for client-facing meetings.
• Source new business by tapping into your network, focusing on industries you know best.
• Build and manage your pipeline to meet annual revenue targets.
• Lead executive presentations and conversations, clearly positioning Company's value proposition.
• Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with staffing, commercial and delivery teams to move deals from qualifications through close.
