Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks top-performing Sales Executives to drive technology software outsourcing sales. This remote role includes 100% paid travel and an uncapped commission with OTE $300k-$700k, plus strong bonuses and full benefits.

You will source new logos, build executive-level relationships, and close Enterprise deals, leveraging your network and deep industry knowledge to exceed revenue targets while collaborating with delivery and staffing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling technology consulting services, including staff augmentation.
• Experience presenting to C-suite level executives.
• Ability to nurture and close Enterprise accounts.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC terminology and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Hunter position requiring regular travel (~30%) for client meetings.
• Source new business by tapping into your network and focusing on familiar industries.
• Build and manage your pipeline to meet annual revenue targets.
• Lead executive presentations and conversations, clearly positioning company value.
• Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with staffing, commercial and delivery teams to move deals from qualifications through close.
• Navigate complex deal cycles involving competitive dynamics and procurement processes.
• Initial goal: Deliver qualified and on-target prospects weekly.
• Sales goal: 2 closes within the first 6 months.
