Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking top Sales Executives for a remote role in technology software outsourcing, with proven results selling complex solutions to enterprise clients.

This opportunity offers 100% paid travel, uncapped commissions with an OTE of $300-700K, strong performance bonuses, comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage on day one, life insurance and a 401K match, plus generous PTO and parental leave.

Qualifications

• 3000+ LinkedIn followers/connections.
• Must be an individual contributor, hunter of new logos.
• 5+ years selling technology consulting services, including staff augmentation.
• Strong experience selling multi-use application technology.
• Experience with custom software development, AI and data science, UX/UI design and cloud services.
• Knowledge of SDLC terminology and methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of the industry - key players, business models, sub-verticals, trends, client structure, and challenges.
• Experience presenting to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
• Experience nurturing and closing Enterprise accounts.
• Outstanding current sales results.

Responsibilities

• This is a hunter position and requires regular travel (~30%) for client-facing meetings.
• Source new business by tapping into your network, focusing on industries you know best.
• Build and manage your pipeline to meet annual revenue targets.
• Lead executive presentations and conversations, clearly positioning Company's value proposition.
• Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with staffing, commercial and delivery teams to move deals from qualifications through close.
• Navigate complex deal cycles involving competitive dynamics and procurement processes.
• Initial goal: Deliver qualified and on-target prospects on a weekly basis.
• Sales goal: 2 successful closes within the first 6 months.
