Qualifications

• Over 18 years of age.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line, first level technical support for consumers.
• Support client high speed internet services and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve technical problems in a fast paced, customer-facing environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client service issues including internet connectivity.
• Triage and resolve issues, open trouble tickets, and manage OS/browser related problems.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and strive for first call resolution.
• Maintain a patient, courteous, and positive attitude with customers.
