Job summary

Teleperformance USA seeks a Technology Technical Support Specialist to be the primary client contact, handling inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism and using web tools to resolve issues.

You will support clients with high-speed internet services and devices, aim for first-call resolution, manage trouble tickets, and maintain a courteous, patient demeanor across shifts in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, software, and terminology.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems and work independently.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline, first level, technical assistance for consumers
• Support client high speed internet services and deliver a great customer experience
• Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues including connectivity and performance
• Open and manage trouble tickets for user issues and network problems
• Maintain a patient, courteous attitude and a positive demeanor
• Adhere to schedules and TP policies
