Job summary

Reserv seeks a Claims Manager to lead a team of adjusters across multiple lines of business, driving efficiency through technology and analytics while upholding regulatory and contractual SLAs.

You will mentor a high-performing Core Team, partner with Account Management and Compliance, and build strong relationships with policyholders and agents. This remote-friendly role supports our US operations.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster's license in home state or designated state.
• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business or related field; CPCU/AIC a plus.
• 10 years in insurance claims management across multiple lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of adjusters across general liability, commercial property, and other lines.
• Ensure achievement of goals and adherence to SLAs.
• Implement best practices for claims handling from intake to recovery.
• Monitor claims data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Align team with client and customer expectations of the claims process.
• Develop strategies to mitigate fraudulent claims and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claims issues.
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and analytics.
