Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Team Lead to support a Claims manager in Commercial Auto Claims (ASE). You will lead a remote team, coach staff, and ensure efficient claims handling from intake through settlement.

The role emphasizes technology use and data-driven improvements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in insurance claims (auto preferred), 3+ years of leadership in a remote setting, and an active adjuster license with willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience across multiple lines of business (auto preferred).
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including remote supervision.
• Active adjuster license or DHS license; willingness to obtain required licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Auto Claims (ASE) team to drive performance and efficiency.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and coverage for the Manager when out of office.
• Oversee onboarding, access provisioning, and culture immersion for new hires.
• Develop and present claims reports, metrics, and analyses to clients.
• Drive best practices for claims handling from intake to settlement and recovery.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment and support staff development.
