Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Claims Manager to lead Team Leads and Claim Adjusters focused on General Liability. You will drive operational effectiveness through technology and analytics, ensuring high-quality, compliant claims outcomes for multiple clients within the General Liability Group.

You will manage and develop teams, maintain relationships with clients, and guide performance, training, and escalation handling. A senior background in liability claims and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business, or related field.
• 10+ years General Liability claim experience.
• 5+ years of management experience, remote-friendly.
• Strong tech affinity and ability to evolve claims systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of Team Leads and Adjusters handling GL claims.
• Oversee large and complex losses and ensure SLAs.
• Analyze claim data to identify trends and improvements.
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports to clients.
