Qualifications

• CII Industry Qualification or Equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in fast paced operations at a tech company.
• Proven ability to deliver on time-sensitive tasks.
• Experience using internal tools and streamline operations processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Attend and prepare for meetings, circulate actionable items, ensure to-dos are completed.
• Involved in strategic projects, business planning, account reviews, and high-impact initiatives.
• Organise and coordinate all meetings across schedules and timezones.
• Interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible and proactive.
• Take initiative to add value in areas of interest and passion.
• Review and assist with process documentation.
• Review and assist with ensuring SLAs are met both externally and internally.
