Qualifications

• 10 years in insurance claims management across multiple lines of business
• 5 years of management experience; remote environment preferred
• Tech-enabled, capable of evolving claims systems for efficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams of adjusters across lines of business
• Achieve/exceed goals and overcome obstacles
• Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling
• Monitor claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Align team with client and customer expectations
• Escalate complex claims as needed
• Oversee reserving accuracy and adequacy
• Mitigate fraudulent claims and ensure regulatory compliance
• Foster positive team environment and professional growth
• Lead performance management and training initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Build relationships with policyholders, agents, brokers, and legal representatives
• Prepare and present claims reports and analyses to clients
