Reserv is seeking a Manager of Excess Casualty Claims to lead a high-performance team handling complex commercial auto excess casualty claims. You will drive technical excellence, oversee end-to-end claims workflows, and partner with Product and Engineering to refine automation and adjuster tools.

The role requires deep casualty expertise, strong leadership, and a proactive, tech-enabled approach in a remote-first environment with cross-functional collaboration and client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial auto excess casualty claims and high-severity exposures.
• Proven leadership of remote or distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial Auto Excess Casualty Claim Specialists.
• Oversee claims handling to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory/commercial compliance.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Actuarial, and Product teams to improve workflows and tooling.
• Provide strategic guidance on litigation strategy and coverage issues for high-value claims.
