Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking an experienced tax professional to assist TurboTax customers remotely. You will guide clients through tax preparation, provide expert tax explanations, and handle full-service returns using TurboTax software.

Required credentials include CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney with active PTIN and 2+ years of 1040 experience. Strong communication, tech skills, and ability to work 20+ hours weekly are essential.

Qualifications

Must possess an active unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney).
2+ years of recent experience preparing federal/state 1040 returns for at least 30 clients per season.
Must have or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
Active PTIN.
Willing to work minimum 20 hours/week.
Knowledge of Circular 230.
Proficient with technology and software.

Responsibilities

Work virtually with customers via video communications to provide tax guidance.
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation and signing, and product inquiries.
Explain tax concepts in plain language and document interactions.
Adhere to procedures and policies; resolve tax questions and prep inquiries.
Meet KPI metrics and participate in pilots and trainings as needed.
