Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated tax professional to assist TurboTax customers in a virtual setting. You will provide expert tax guidance, perform full service returns, and explain tax terms using clear, everyday language.

The role emphasizes customer empathy, accuracy, and the ability to work with government sites and professional resources. A flexible, remote setup with potential training and performance incentives is offered.

Competenze

• Must possess active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 returns for at least 30 clients per season.
• Must reside in the United States and have a dedicated internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Proficient with technology and tax software; strong verbal and written communication.

Mansioni

• Assist TurboTax customers virtually via video and audio tools to provide tax advice and full service return preparation.
• Explain tax concepts in plain language and guide customers through tax calculations and software questions.
• Document customer interactions and adhere to company procedures and KPIs.
• Participate in training, projects, and skill development as required.
