Intuit, Inc. is seeking a qualified tax professional to assist TurboTax customers remotely with tax preparation and guidance. You will interact via video and phone, explaining tax terms and ensuring accurate filings, while delivering excellent service.

Required credentials include an active unrestricted CPA/EA or practicing attorney, with 2+ years of 1040 experience and PTIN. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; remote work with flexible 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must possess active unrestricted credential: CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• 2+ years preparing federal/state 1040 returns for at least 30 clients per season using tax software.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, permits, or bonds and an active PTIN.

Responsibilities

• Assist TurboTax customers remotely with tax advice, full service return prep and signatures.
• Explain tax terms and provide guidance using video/phone tools.
• Document interactions and meet KPI metrics and program goals.
• Complete required training and compliance courses as directed by the business.
