Intuit, Inc. is seeking a qualified tax professional to assist customers remotely with TurboTax. You will provide expert tax guidance, perform full service return preparation, and explain tax concepts in everyday language while interacting via video.

Requirements include an active credential (CPA/EA/Attorney) and 2+ years of experience preparing federal and state 1040s for numerous clients. Remote, 20+ hours/week, with opportunities for bonuses and equity rewards.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active unrestricted credential: CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• 2+ years of recent federal/state individual 1040 returns prep for a minimum of 30 clients per season.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via video using our Smartlook software.
• Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation and signature.
• Explain tax concepts and answer product questions clearly.
• Document customer interactions and work toward KPI metrics.
