Qualifications

• Active unrestricted credential: CPA/EA or practicing attorney with tax expertise.
• 2+ years of federal/state 1040 preparation for many clients per season.
• Must hold/obtain state licenses, PTIN, and meet security criteria.
• Reside in the United States and be available ≥20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers virtually to complete their taxes using TurboTax.
• Provide tax advice, perform full-service return prep and signatures.
• Answer product questions and explain tax concepts clearly.
• Use government resources and internal experts to resolve inquiries.
• Document interactions and meet KPIs and training requirements.
• Participate in pilots and training updates as needed.
