Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified tax professional to assist TurboTax customers remotely. You will guide clients through tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and address software questions using state-of-the-art video tools.

Required credentials include CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney with solid tax knowledge. At least two years of federal/state return experience and an active PTIN are expected. Remote work, regular training, and performance-based rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted credential: CPA, EA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• 2+ years of recent federal and state 1040 returns prepared for at least 30 clients per season.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Active PTIN required.

Responsibilities

• This is a virtual, customer-facing role using video software to interact with customers.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation and signature, product inquiries, and tax calculations.
• Create high quality customer experiences using empathy and tax expertise.
• Utilize government resources and team knowledge to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Document customer interactions and work toward KPI metrics and company goals.
• Participate in training and development as required by the business.
