Intuit, Inc. seeks a credentialed tax professional to assist TurboTax customers remotely, guiding them through tax preparation and explanations of tax terms via video interactions.

You will deliver accurate advice, handle full service returns, and address product questions with confidence. Requirements include an active CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney credential, 2+ years of 1040 experience, PTIN, and state licenses where applicable.

Competenze

• Must possess active unrestricted credential: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 returns for at least 30 clients per season using commercial tax prep software.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must possess an active PTIN.
• Must reside in the United States.

Mansioni

• Provide tax guidance and complete returns via video interactions with customers.
• Assist TurboTax customers with tax advice, full service return preparation, and product inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and work toward meeting KPI metrics and company goals.
• Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Participate in training, compliance, and up-skilling initiatives as required.
