Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy to drive proactive sourcing, candidate coordination, and selective recruitment for key roles in a fully remote US setting. You will design proactive sourcing strategies using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter, manage interview scheduling, and lead selective full-cycle recruitment while building diverse candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with successful proactive candidate sourcing and pipeline development.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings to identify passive talent.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methodologies to identify top-tier candidates, focusing on hard-to-fill technical and non-profit roles (50% focus).
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of priority requisitions, from intake to offer (25% focus).
• Partner with internal hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and share market intelligence on interview practices and bias mitigation.
• Maintain candidate data accuracy and pipeline metrics in the ATS for reporting and workflows.
