Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy in a remote capacity to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines and manage multiple stages of the recruitment lifecycle. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, interview coordination, and selective full-cycle recruitment for priority roles.

You will leverage Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, coordinate interview schedules, and partner with internal managers to ensure strong candidate journeys while

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings
• Strong organizational, administrative, and calendar management skills
• Excellent written communication and outreach copywriting
• Commitment to embedding DEIinto every stage of TA lifecycle
• Experience with modern ATS (Greenhouse preferred)

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methods to identify passive candidates, focusing on hard-to-fill roles (50% focus)
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions (25% focus)
• Consult with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and market intelligence
• Maintain candidate data and pipeline metrics in the ATS
