• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Strong interview scheduling and calendar management.
• Excellent written communication and outreach copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing techniques to identify top passive candidates.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of priority requisitions.
• Partner with internal hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and share market insights.
• Maintain candidate data integrity and pipeline metrics in the ATS.
