Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy to join our remote team. You will design proactive sourcing strategies, manage interview scheduling, and lead selective full-cycle recruitment for priority roles, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search.

You’ll partner with internal hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles, maintain data in the ATS, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the talent lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings to identify and engage passive talent across multiple channels.
• Exceptional organizational, administrative, and calendar management skills with a strong track record of coordinating multi-stage interview schedules seamlessly.
• Strong written communication and outreach copywriting skills to craft personalized, high-converting candidate engagement messages.
• Demonstrated commitment to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into every stage of the talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience navigating modern Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Greenhouse is strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methodologies—including Boolean logic, X-ray searches, and LinkedIn Recruiter—to identify, map, and engage top-tier passive candidates, with an emphasis on hard-to-fill technical and non-profit roles (50% focus).
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a targeted portfolio of priority requisitions—from intake calls through offer negotiation—delivering strong candidate continuity and quality hires (25% focus).
• Partner consultatively with internal hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles, share market intelligence, and guide teams on interview best practices and bias-mitigation techniques.
• Maintain candidate data integrity and pipeline metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate reporting and seamless recruitment workflows.
