You will use advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to map top passive candidates, manage interview logistics across teams, and lead end-to-end recruitment for priority roles while partnering with hiring managers to align profiles with

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and calendar management skills.
• Excellent written communication and outreach copywriting.
• Commitment to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methods to identify passive candidates.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across teams.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions.
• Build long-term, inclusive candidate pipelines.
• Consult with hiring managers on profiles and market insights.
• Maintain candidate data integrity and ATS metrics.
