Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy for a remote, full-time role. You will drive talent discovery, candidate coordination, and selective recruitment with 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience.

You will design proactive sourcing strategies using Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter, manage interview scheduling, and lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions, building diverse pipelines to support Per Scholas' mission.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across hiring teams.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions and build diverse candidate pools.
